Initiate Your Return

Contact our Guru support team via phone or email within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack Your Gear

Carefully repackage your items in their original factory packaging, including all foam inserts, cables, and manuals to prevent damage during transit.

Affix Shipping Label

Securely attach the provided prepaid return shipping label to the outside of the box, ensuring any old shipping labels are completely covered or removed.

Receive Your Refund

Once our technicians inspect the returned equipment at our warehouse, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
